Turn those fans on: the Dedham Health and Athletic Complex’s (DHAC) Summer Sizzle fundraising event is here again, and this year New England’s leading health and fitness facility has set an impressive goal to raise a cumulative $1 million to benefit vital bone and brain cancer research at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute of Boston.
Guests will enjoy dinner, drinks, silent and live auction, live music, and the chance to win exciting raffle prizes. Auction items include a one-week getaway to Paris; a one-week vacation on Martha’s Vineyard; a sailing cruise for two with the Volvo Ocean Racing Team and Skipper Ken Read aboard PUMA’s Mar Mostro Boat in Newport, RI; an exclusive Washington, DC tour for four, including a staff-led tour of the Capitol with members of Stephen Lynch’s staff and lunch in the Members’ Dining Room with the Congressman; a tour with Susan Wornick of the Channel 5 studio; and more.
All proceeds benefit the Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
