Yoga Nidra Workshop

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation, translating as
“Yogic Sleep.” It is a combination of relaxation, affirmation, breathwork and

visualization techniques. This process facilitates the integration of body,

mind and spirit, is deeply relaxing, and helps you to make meaningful changes
in your life.

The perfect way to start the new year! This class is suitable for all ages, levels & abilities. 

Taught by Integrative Yoga Therapist, Alaine Amaral, BFA, RYT. Yoga
