Explore Italy via a tasting tour of Northern and Central
Italy, upstairs in the Vintage Room at Blanchard’s Wines & Spirits, located
at 418 LaGrange Street, West Roxbury, MA 02132. On Wednesday February 26th from 7pm-830pm,
guests will be transported to Italy via discussion, wine tasting and noshing on
Italian fare.
In this seminar, guests will experience an impressive
variety of Italian wines, learning about wine styles, grape variations and the
regions of central and northern Italy.
Steve Grant, manager and certified wine specialist of Blanchard’s will
lead the wine discussion.
Chef/owner Giuseppe Musto of Vincenzo’s Italian Deli &
Specialty Store, located on Bryant Street in Dedham, will provide Italian
appetizers.

Fee is $22.14 per person. All proceeds benefit the Chefs Table Foundation, whose mission
is to help college age people that may
be homeless and unable to advance themselves through continuing their education
via culinary school. For more
