Group Tai Chi
With much success from our first offering of Tai Chi, we will be starting another 8 week course, with Master Calvin Chin, starting Wednesday April 16, that will continue every Wednesday from 1:30 to 2:30pm until June 4th.
We will not be offering a free introduction for this series of classes but we encourage you to join us for the first session on Wednesday April 16th, as a free no obligation opportunity to meet Calvin Chin and gain some insight & basic concepts.
The practice of Tai Chi focuses on the mind/body connection. It is a low impact routine that consists of a fluid sequence of movements that is paired with mental awareness and acts as a tranquil form of meditation. Tai Chi has evolved into a self-healing art and can provide relief for stress, osteoarthritis and provides better concentration, circulation and balance i adults. Also in it's more advanced stages of training, Tai Chi becomes an effective martial art.
Cost is $160/8 weeks
