Gentle Yoga and Healing with the Gong

In this class, we will practice a gentle Kundalini Yoga set
to balance the nervous system and relax the body; followed by a long, luxurious
lay-out. The instructor will play the Gong during the relaxation. The Gong is a
meditative tool, which uses sound & vibration as an instrument for healing.
As the sound washes over you, you may experience feelings of deep peace &
harmony, have unusual insights, feel an “opening” in the body or mind, see
beautiful colors or patterns, or simply feel very relaxed and harmonious. Join
us for this very special experience!



This class is suitable for all ages, levels & abilities.
Taught by Integrative Yoga Therapist, Alaine Amaral, BFA, RYT. Yoga
mats & props provided.
