Free Orientation to Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

Mindfulness is the practice of bringing awareness, calmness and a sense of the present to you and your body through specific techniques.  This awareness allows you to fully experience the day-to-day moments that constitute life itself.


Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction is a program that not only instills peace of mind but also promotes good physical health as recent research suggests.  


Do not let stress and anxiety rob you of living fully in the moment.  Attend the free orientation to learn more about this life-changing program and experience mindfulness for yourself.  There is a $20 savings for registering by the night of the Orientation.

Wednesdays 6:30 - 8:30 pm, Jan 22 – March 12
