Free Orientation to Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

There is an increasing amount of scientific research supporting mindfulness, especially meditation, as being good not only for the mind but also for the body.
The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program is a structured and supportive environment in which to learn and deeply develop mindfulness techniques as a part of daily living. Increase awareness, strengthen the mind body connection, turn knee-jerk reactions into conscious responses and recognize your option for tranquility when inevitably faced with stress.
