Free Orientation to Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

Be mindful, be healthy.

There is an increasing amount of scientific research supporting mindfulness, especially meditation, as being good not only for the mind but also for the body.

The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program is a structured and supportive environment in which to learn and deeply develop mindfulness techniques as a part of daily living.  Increase awareness, strengthen the mind-body connection, turn knee-jerk reactions into conscious responses and recognize your option for tranquility when inevitably faced with stress.

Do not let stress and anxiety rob you of vibrant health, rather live fully in each moment.  Attend the free orientation to learn more about this perspective-altering program and experience mindfulness for yourself. 

This is a free orientation for you to meet the teacher, learn about the program, and experience mindfulness practices, ending with the option to register for the 8-week program.  This orientation event is a great way to learn and experience what mindfulness is, how it benefits the brain, body, and soul, and how to implement it into your life.

The program itself is 8 weeks long, same day of week/time/location as respective orientation.
