Yoga for Health & Healing is a weekly opportunity on Monday evenings for Beginners to more Experienced Practicianers to empower, rejuvenate and restore yourself. Karen Kaplan, LMHC, NCC, E-RYT 500 gently guides people to open, strengthen and enliven their bodies and spirits. Through a deep focus on the breath, you will find your strongest Self as well as practice releasing tensions and muscular patterns that often impede us in a safe, warm, beautiful setting.
