Jumpstart Your Health in 2013
Get off the frustrating and futile diet rollercoaster! Learn science-based principles about what keeps weight off for good. This fun and motivational workshop will teach you:
- Foods to eat for lifelong health benefits, increased energy, and satisfaction
- Why exercise is crucial and how to fit it into your daily routine in less than 10 minutes a day
The event will end with an optional mini exercise class that will include a strength routine and Zumba. Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers. All ages and fitness levels are welcome to attend!
Speakers: Nancy Oliveira, MS, RD, LDN, is a registered dietitian at Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital and an AFAA-certified group exercise instructor. Fen Tung is a graduate of MIT, an AFAA-certified group exercise instructor, and a NASM-certified personal trainer for the past 10 years, with clients ranging in age from 12 to 82, including prenatal/post-pregnancy.
