ALL LEVELS WELCOME! Have a STRONG & STEADY FLOW into the New Year. Using our breath, props, chairs and a bit of humor we will strengthen, open and stretch our minds & ourselves through exploration of various pranayama (breath work), building our connection to our core selves, and finding acceptance and understanding about the places we hold resistance. We will move together toward our most powerful and fluid selves.
Class card for each 6 week session is $90, for BOTH Monday & Friday sessions is $170. Drop-ins are welcome; $17 per class.
