Treat yourself to a gourmet meal, sip on a Louisiana hurricane and experience a night in a grand manor house. Best of all, you create a meal,through a combination of hands on training and demonstrations led by our
own Chef Ed Cerrato, featuring the foods of
Louisiana and the Bayou. At the end of the day you will have the skills, techniques and recipes to host your own
Mardi Gras celebration.

Pricing : $219.00 per person Double Occupancy $229.00 per person Single Occupancy

Pricing is plus 19% Administrative Fee and Applicable State and Local Taxes
