Week in Review: MBTA Proposes Cuts, Avery Plans Held

Investigators arrested a Plymouth man who authorities believe helped dispose of a Framingham man's body in 2009. A Dedham resident and a Westwood resident are currently facing first-degree murder charges in the case.
