Selectmen to Consider Left Turns, Murder Trials Severed, Author Features New Book

Catch up on all of the week's news in Dedham.

This week had a couple of twists.

The Board of Selectmen changed course on for the Dedham Square Improvement Project. The board once favored banning the turns and evaluating traffic, but now the board will vote Thursday whether to keep the turns following construction, or to maintain the ban.

In another twist, the Norfolk County district attorney's office changed their minds and will agree to a defense motion of Paul Moccia, of Dedham, and Daniel Bradley, of Westwood. The two men face first-degree murder charges in connection with a 2009 homicide of a Framingham man.
