Library Trustees Change Saturday Choice, Police Going Hard on OUIs

The Dedham Board of Library Trustees on Saturdays after Labor Day in September. Trustees voted Tuesday that the would open - reversing their June decision for the to be open. Trustees said the Endicott requires fewer staff members, but doesn't have the reference collection as the bigger Main Library.
The Dedham School Committee heard from incoming DHS principal Ron McCarthy, who is beginning discussions on in June 2012. McCarthy, and the board, favors a weekend ceremony.
