Part-time Office Assistant/Receptionist, Riverside Community Care, Dedham

Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities includeanswering incoming calls, managing phone lines, greeting and directing visitors, covering front desk, distributing mail and deliveries, maintaining cleanliness of common areas, providing back up on supply orders and providing administrative support as needed. Must be able to provide occasional coverage for our afternoon receptionist.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal & organizational skills required; basic computer fluency, including Microsoft Office, is required.

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree preferred, Must have at least one year of administrative experience in a business setting.

Job Description:

Greet customers with smile and eye contact, inform customers of current specials, take orders and operate the cash register, thank customers for business while maintaining a professional, clean environment to enhance the customer’s experience. Implements the HESS WAY for every customer and co-worker.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to perform principle duties of the sales associate role including any and all duties required by Hess management to enhance the customer experience.
  • Must possess good oral communication skills, including but not limitedt o speaking on intercom systems.
  • Ability to perform basic math functions and protect company inventory, lottery and cash.
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for at least eight hours per day.
  • Ability to lift and/or carry 5-10 pounds continuously (approx. 20 times per day).
  • Ability to lift and/or carry 20-25 pounds frequently (approx. 10 times per day).
  • Ability to lift and/or carry 40 - 50 pounds occasionally (5 times per day).
  • Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel and/or crouch during shift.
  • Ability to climb ladder/stairs.
  • Ability to work with arms bending and moving most of the shift.
  • Ability to grasp and move objects w/ hands, requiring eye-hand coordination.
  • Ability to work in extreme, intermittent temperatures; i.e. outside, cooler, etc.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision .
  • Ability to operate equipment including but not limited to lottery machine, cash register, soda/coffee/credit card machine.

Job Description:

Banana Republic is a brand that inspires people to live everyday life with style.  Our store has three different roles available and is looking for qualified applicants.

  • Responsible for generating sales by engaging and connecting with each customer to provide the right service for each customer. Sales Associates utilize product knowledge to educate and inform customers and to build sales.  In addition, Sales Associates perform a variety of operational activities such as merchandise display, cashwrap procedures and more.

  • Promotes a safe working and shopping environment and to maximize the customer shopping experience.

Qualifications:

  • Exposure to chemicals on a constant basis requiring special clothing (PPE), or safety equipment.
  • Environmental Conditions: Usually inside, well ventilated and lighted areas.
