Qulaifications: 

High school diploma or the equivalent is required. Minimum two years experience in a clerical or staffing position required. Knowledge of American Red Cross scheduling or staffing patterns preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effective organization skills and attention to detail is required. Excellent computer skills especially in the use of spreadsheet and/or databases are required.
