Hydramatic Picked for Best of Patch Readers' Choice
The Harris Street auto shop won for best mechanic in Dedham.
After tallying the votes and comments, the winner for this week's Best of Patch Readers' Choice is in, and has won for best auto mechanic in Dedham.
"It's good to see what [voters] wrote," said owner Paul DiFranco. "I think they like the work we do."
Hydramatic, a family-owned business in Dedham since 1957, received 95 of the 173 votes cast since Monday, good for 54 percent of the vote.

"They do give the best service. They are all very knowledgeable at what they do and get it right the first time. Also at very reasonable prices," commented Michael Hardiman on Patch.
in Dedham Square and in Riverdale came in second and third place, respectively.

"Carlos and Tony at Dedham Gas and Service are extraordinary! I would not take my car anywhere else. Great service at a fair price and they are two of the nicest people that I know," said Pam Withington in a comment.
