One of the most wonderful things about this time of summer is the glorious fruit, available in abundance, and fairly priced as well. Keeping everyone eating healthy is a little easier in August!
Frugal Family is not loyal to one supermarket, and likes to make the rounds, in search of the best each merchant has to offer. Locally, we are fortunate to also have a , held each Wednesday from noon to 6 p.m., rain or shine, right in Dedham Square.
Each week is an exciting adventure, the thrill of the hunt, not knowing ahead of time what will be brought home in our reusable shopping bag is half the fun!
