The National Weather Service issued a flood advisory for Dedham, and other parts of eastern Massachusetts, through 2 p.m. Wednesday.
Many cars in Dedham fought hydroplaning and standing water on roadways. Some gutters were overflowing due to three days of rain that pounded the town.
