Customer Service with a Smile in Dedham

Dedham is a town full of friendly, welcoming and accommodating businesses. There are several establishments that, in Frugal Family's humble opinion, stand out as being among the friendliest in town.

Whether it is an autobody shop that puts a customers' mind at ease regarding necessary repairs, or a boutique owner who offers fabulous gift-giving advice, a customer walks away feeling as though they got the best deal in town when the merchant takes the time to go the extra mile.

Frugal Family feels fortunate to be able to spread the word locally about a variety of hometown merchants and service providers who exemplify "service with a smile."

   CCC offers complete, professional repair solutions for foreign and American cars. Make sure you say hello to Chris, the owner, who believes you deserve nothing less than prompt, quality workmanship and exceptional results.
   DEAL: Competitive rates offered everyday on painting, body repair, restoration and framework.
   
   
3. Whether you are buying, selling or trading in your sports equipment, you will deal with a friendly and helpful staff, always willing to assist their customers with all of their needs.
   DEAL: They have the  best prices in town everyday on sporting equipment and apparel. 
   
   
4. This full service, local and family-owned salon, located at Legacy Place is a welcoming and warm atmosphere. FF gives this place high marks - and the smiles are free.
   DEAL: Every Friday a special "blow out and go out" event from 4 - 8 p.m. Check their website for specifics.
   On Sunday, May 15, from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. a "HAIRraising" event will be held, with 100 percent of proceeds going to Children's Hospital of Boston. There will be $40 haircuts, and all other services will be 50 percent off.
