Cooper: A Pit Bull Puppy Ready for a Family

Cooper, an 8-month-old pit bull mix, is looking for his forever home. He is fawn in color and on the smaller side with a goofy personality. He is a friendly, playful, and energetic love-bug.

Cooper is always up for a good game of fetch or tug as long as it's followed by a long belly rub. He is still a puppy, so he needs to work on house training and basic commands. He knows the sit command and is eager to learn more. He would benefit from obedience training.

Cooper loves to go out for a walk on the leash and meet new people and dogs. We recommend he goes home with older children due to the fact that he can be jumpy and mouthy. He loves other dogs and does playgroups here at the shelter. We are not sure how he would be in a home with cats.
