College Planning, Yoga and Community Fundraising are included in This Week's Grab and Go Picks

Grab some free assistance with the college planning process this week, spend some time bonding with your newborn at a Yoga session or enjoy a night out and help out the Friends of the Dedham Library this week!

Glad you clicked on the Grab and Go Planner! Choose from three diverse college planning events this week, enjoy an afternoon bonding with your baby at a Mom and baby yoga class or take the family out for dinner at Uno Chicago Grill and help raise money for the Dedham Public Library.

Why go: This class will benefit you and your newborn child. For mothers, yoga will help to regain your strength from childbirth, relieve those sore muscles and give you an outlet for relaxation and a sense of wellbeing from those sleepless nights. The class also adds benefits for both you and your child as an opportunity for mother/child bonding.
