Don't miss out on our FREE annual hitting clinic to be offered through March at The Capen School. Wednesdays March 6,13,20, and 27 will feature a hitting clinic offered to all DGS ages and abilities. YOU MUST be registered for the Spring 2013 season on www.dedhamgs.com but once you have....COME ON DOWN AND GET READY FOR THE SEASON!!

The clinic is taught by Angela Vecchione who has been recognized locally, regionally, and nationally as a force in fast pitch softball, in both High School and College. Angela, was a four year All Star at Whitman-Hanson High School (1997). As a senior she was awarded the Boston Globe, Brockton Enterprise, and Patriot Ledger All-Scholastic Awards. As a four year starter at Bridgewater State College (2001) she twice helped power her team to World Series play while accumulating awards such as BSC Female Athlete of the Year (1998), ECAC Player of the Year (1999), MASCAC Player of the Year (1999 & 2001), and third team All-American honors. She holds records at Bridgewater State for most career hits, most triples in a season, career stolen bases, and NCAA Division III record for career triples.
