Needham Bank Provides Scholarship for Ursuline Academy Graduate

Needham Bank presented Ursuline Academy student, Jaclynne Nader of Milton, with a $4,000 scholarship at the school’s Baccalaureate Mass on May 31st. Needham Bank annually awards a scholarship to a graduating Ursuline senior who exhibits a strong commitment to her community. Ms. Nader was selected as this year’s recipient because of her devotion to volunteerism and the local community.

Jaclynne Nader demonstrated her volunteerism through an impressive list of organizations which she has devoted her free time to. Among those are the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, The Jimmy Fund, and The Relay for Life. Ms. Nader is a founding member of the event “Tuning Into Saint Jude Kids” which raised over $80,000 to fund medical research at St. Jude’s Hospital.

Ms. Nader will be attending Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. this fall. As a pre-med major, she hopes to continue her commitment to cancer research.
