Visions for Vacancies: 510 Providence Highway

Each week Dedham Patch highlights a vacant building or structure in the Dedham community. Sound off on what the vacant business property should become before plans are drawn.

This week we turn to 510 Providence Highway. Nuzzled between and a (and another empty storefront at 516 Providence Highway), the spot was once occupied by Finagle-a-Bagel. The location is big enough to play host to a national retailer to another restaurant, but its mostly open floor plan could work well for something like a yoga studio.

What could Dedham use in that spot? Is there a retail business you want to see move in? An urgent care? Or another eatery?
