Jasper White Names Vincent C. Lombardi General Manager at Dedham Summer Shack Restaurant

Vincent C. Lombardi has been named General Manager of the Summer Shack Restaurant in Dedham, MA. The announcement was made by owner Jasper White.

In his new capacity as General Manager, “Vinnie” Lombardi will, among other duties, oversee the staff and all activities of the restaurant, while ensuring guest satisfaction. He will also maintain production, budget and growth goals for the restaurant, as well as planning and implementing special events.

In making the announcement, owner/chef Jasper White said, “Vinnie has come up through the ranks with us since 2004, starting many years ago as a bartender and moving recently into the management program.

His commitment to our guests and to our success has always been evident. Vinnie is truly a people person and understands the magic it takes to create community inside the walls of a restaurant and bar. We know he’ll do the same with our Dedham location.”

Lombardi has worked for Summer Shack Restaurants for eight years in a number of capacities, most recently as Bar Manager for various Summer Shack locations.

Prior he was part of the management team in the catering department at the Hilltop Steakhouse in Saugus, MA from 2000 to 2004.

He has also worked at the Chase House in Salem, MA and the Willow Tree Restaurant in Peabody, MA. A resident of Chelsea, MA, Lombardi graduated from Clark University with a degree in Graphic Design.

Jasper White’s Summer Shack Restaurant is located at 1 Legacy Place in Dedham, MA.  Other Massachusetts locations include Boston, Cambridge, Hingham, and in Connecticut at Mohegan Sun Casino & Resort.
