New Drive-Thru Dunkin Donuts May Be Coming to East Dedham
A 16 patron, 2,000 square foot drive-thru Dunkin Donuts is planning an opening at the corner of 36 Sawmill Lane and 30 Milton Street.
East Dedham residents could have a new convenient option when picking up breakfast and coffee.
A 16 patron, 2,000 square foot drive-thru Dunkin Donuts is planning an opening at the corner of 36 Sawmill Lane and 30 Milton Street.
The Dunkin Donuts was approved as a use by the Dedham Zoning Board last month, but it still needs sight review by the Planning Board.

The new DD will open at the location which was formerly Rick’s Pub. The project will reduce the size of Rick’s Pub and introduce a new and improved landscaping and parking layout, according to meeting minutes from the Oct. 16 hearing.
Dunkin Donuts claimed their new location will serve social, economic, and community needs and serve as a convenience to those employed in the area as well as commuters.
