Dedham Resident Named COO of Needham Bank
Mark Whalen will serve as the bank's chief operating officer.
Dedham resident Mark Whalen recently received a promotion to chief operating officer of , the business announced Tuesday.
Whalen has nearly 30 years of experience in the banking industry and is the former president/CEO of the Dedham Cooperative Bank. He joined Needham Bank in March of 2007 when the two institutions merged, according to a statement from Needham Bank.
Before the promotion, Whalen worked as the bank's executive vice president, the bank stated.
