Dedham Business Spotlight: Regina's Bakery in the Heart of Dedham Square

Regina's Bakery located at 591 High Street in the heart of Dedham Center has all the baked goods you want.

Freshly made breads, assorted cupcakes in the most wonderful color combinations and hot coffee to go along with a pastry.

Patch spoke with Noury Hessasta, husband of the bakery owner, Patricia Hessasta.

Patch: Tell us about your bakery and how long you have been in Dedham Center.

Hessasta: We opened in Dedham Center in August of 2012. Prior I worked at a bakery in Norton for more than 25 years.

Patch: Have you thought about serving breakfast here? You have the space with all of your tables.

Hessasta: Yes, as a matter of fact, we are planning on offering breakfast in a few weeks and will be opening early at 6:00 a.m.

Patch: Your cupcakes are wonderful. Colorful little characters with faces. Are they one of your more popular items?

Hessasta: They are very popular but so are our other baked goods. A chocolate filled pastry that I heat up and serve warm is a favorite.
