Music rang out through the streets of Dedham Square for about an hour with everything from a clown band to a one-man music band truck to a pair of bagpipe groups.

"We're all here because we love piping. It does take some dedication to drive out to every town in the area and do all of these parades weekend after weekend, but everyone is here because they love it," said Andrew Bower, pipe sergeant for the Crann Tara Pipeband based in Canton.

Crann Tara has played in the Flag Day parade for at least 10 years, pipers said.
