Chad joined Whole Foods Market in 2009 to co-create, and launch the Health Starts Here program.Chad currently supports the program and stores with culinary education.

In 2005, Chad Sarno partnered with a boutique international lifestyle company based in central Europe as Executive Chef and concept developer, to launch the acclaimed SAF restaurant brand; an exciting fine dining, green gastronomy concept highlighting health supportive cuisine and organic wine bars; and successfully launched 6 restaurants in Istanbul, Munich, and London.

Prior to joining Whole Foods Market; Chad has been bringing his approach to healthy cuisine to some of the world’s premier plant based restaurants, resorts, film sets, and healing centers globally for well over a decade.
