  1. Girl's Varsity Basketball

    Why go: Come watch take on Natick in Bay State action. Don Savi's team will play its first home game in three weeks.

  2. "Tequila” Tim Curry Solo Acoustic Performance
    Where/When: ; Saturday at 9:30 p.m.
    Why go: Take in great cover songs from the while enjoying a couple drinks at the Manor. He plays a mix of classic rock and blues.
    Pricing: Depends on your drinking habits 

  3. Patriots Playoff Game
    Where/When:
     Various; Saturday at 8 p.m.
    Why go: Find a local bar - , , , etc. - and watch the Patriots battle against Tim Tebow and the Denver Broncos in the NFL Playoffs. Watching it with friends on several big screen TVs just makes football that much better.

  4. Where/When: , Dedham Ave & South St., Needham; Sunday at 2:30 p.m.
    Why go: Every Sunday evening from 2:30 p.m. to about 4 p.m., the Needham Frisbee Club hosts an ultimate Frisbee game at , on the synthetic fields. The gathering is free and informal, and new participants are welcome at any time.   5. Where/When: 685 Washington St, Norwood; Daily: Various Hours
    Why go: Local artist Tatiana Roulin of Sharon will be the Featured Artist at Perk's Coffee house in Norwood throughout the month of January. The exhibition will comprise her pastel Landscapes of New England and oil still lifes. A number of the artworks shown in the exhibition were awarded prizes in both domestic and international art competitions.
