A new Korean War Memorial was unveiled Monday morning at Brookedale Cemetery to celebrate Veterans Day.
The memorial was presented right across from the Vietnam War Memorial at the front entrance of the cemetery.
Bill Aitken, the Dedham Veteran's Service Officer said he advocated for the memorial which was presented in honor of the 60th anniversary of the armistice that ended the devastating 1950-53 Korean War.
The words, "The Forgotten War Remembered" is written on the new memorial.
