Job Description:

Develop and implement effective methods to recruit and retain sufficient numbers of regulated and nonregulated line volunteers to meet operational needs within assigned jurisdiction. Recruit individuals directly or indirectly through the support of participating chapter efforts. Implement and coordinate training requirements. Develop volunteer recognition programs.

Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures, Safety Quality Identity Potency Purity (SQUIPP), regulations outlined in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and other applicable Federal, state and local regulations.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications or Social Service field, Marketing, Communications or equivalent combination of related education and experience required. Minimum one year related experience required. Knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales, negotiation skills, and the ability to effectively implement programs is preferred. Requires good oral and written communication skills and the ability to relate effectively to people of diverse backgrounds and education levels. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including training and presentation skills is required. Computer knowledge is preferred. A current valid driver's license and good driving record is required.
