Lab Assistant, American Red Cross, Dedham

Job Description:

  • Prepares blood components, including but not limited to red blood cells, fresh frozen plasma, platelet concentrates, and recovered plasma.  Prepares products and performs quality control checks on equipment. 
  • Releases frozen plasma for fractionation including but not limited to reviewing of all necessary paperwork, accurately placing labels, and computer verification of labeled products. 
  • Maintains neat records and a clean orderly work area.  Recognizes and reports discrepant conditions to supervisor. Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures and other applicable Federal, state and local regulations.

Client Services, H&R BLOCK, Dedham

Job Description:

The CSP (Client Service Professional)- is responsible for welcoming clients, identifying and addressing the client’s need, and maintaining a pleasant and business-like atmosphere and attitude. The CSP will interact with clients in person or via telephone through inbound and outbound calls. Uses H&R Block systems to schedule and confirm appointments, check in clients, match clients to the optimal Tax Professional (using client matching software); and effectively manage client flow in a tax office. Routinely balances cash register; and receives cash, check, and credit card payments for provided tax services; and provides clients with completed tax returns and checks.

Qualifications:

 

  • Identify and communicate products or services to help unique client needs.

 

  • Identify front desk service barriers and proactively offer solutions.

 

  • Handle client exits by verifying current and future needs have been met.

 

  • Own resolution of client issues, using appropriate escalation process, as needed.

 

  • Treat everyone as a client and ensure all interactions positively reflect H&R Block.

 

  • Understand and follow all office procedures and systems, including opening, closing, POS, cash drawer reconciliation, paperwork filing, and H&R Block products.

Armed Security Officer-Full Time, Internal Security Associates, Dedham

Job Description:

Candidates must have significant military and/or law enforcement training and experience. The position requires strong communication skills, report writing, the ability to act in a customer service capacity.

ISA provides continuous armed security at state buildings, military installations, and private facilities. We are a twenty-four hour a day company so employees need to be flexible . In addition to the requirement of at least two years of combined military and law enforcement experience, this position requires a clean criminal record and a positive employment history. Qualified candidates will undergo extensive interviews as well as comprehensive background and criminal history investigations. Candidates with a military background must provide a valid DD214. No candidate will be granted an interview without the necessary experience and an active and unrestricted MA Class-A License to Carry Firearms.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 Years Military Experience OR
  • Completed Mass Criminal Justice Training Council Academy AND
  • Active and Unrestricted Class-A Massachusetts LTC.
  • Full Time Availability REQUIRED.
