Five Things You Need to Know: May 2, Bake Sale for One Fund, Open Mic at Paradise and More

1. Sheep Skate Yarn & Craft, 549 High St. in Dedham, will have a Hand Holding for Crocheters class at 4 p.m.  The class costs $10 to join.

2. Solid Body Fitness, 123 Stergis Way in Dedham, will have a Kettlebell Fitness Class at 7 p.m.  The class costs $20 to join.

3. Dedham Town Hall, 26 Bryant St. in Dedham, will have a Bake Sale/Raffle to help benefit the One Fund Foundation to help Boston Marathon bombing victims.  The sale will go from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Lower Conference Room.

4. The First Church of Dedham-Unitarian, 670 High St. in Dedham, will have an Older Adult Fitness Class at 9:30 a.m.  The class costs $3.50 to join.

5. And Paradise Cafe, 565 High St. in Dedham, will have an Open Mic at 7 p.m.  This Open Mic will be open to all ages and abilities, come down and showcase your music for your friends, family and fellow musicians.
