Five Things You Need to Know: Mar. 27, Vets Networking Breakfast, Well Clinic and More

Today's Weather: Today there will be a slight chance of showers after 2 p.m. Otherwise, mostly sunny, with a high near 51.  For tonight, more showers, then mostly cloudy, with a low around 32, according to The National Weather Service.

1. The VNA Care Network, 735 Washington St. in Dedham, will host a free Keep Well Clinic at 10 a.m. for resident 60-years-old and older.

2. The Neponset Valley Sunrise Rotary Club will meet at the Holiday Inn, 55 Ariadne Rd. in Dedham, at 7:30 a.m. They will also hoset a free Vets Networking Breakfast so that veterans seeking employment can introduce themselves to, and network with, membership and potential employers.

3. Whole Foods Market, 300 Legacy Pl. in Dedham, will host a free Stories and Snacks event at 9:30 a.m. Kids of all ages are welcome.

4. The Dedham Public Library, Endicott Branch, 257 Mount Vernon St. in Dedham, will have a free Storytime event at 10:30 a.m. This program is designed for young children and their parents/caregivers.

5. And Sheep Skate Yarn & Craft, 549 High St. in Dedham, will have a Needy Knitters class at 1 p.m.  The class costs $10 to join.
