Dedham Square Construction Update, Oct. 22

Here's this week's update on the Dedham Square Project.

According to Contractors, there are a few projects that will continue this week in Dedham Square.

The first project will consist of the reconstruction of the sidewalk on the easterly side of Washington Street, from High Street to Harris Street.  The sidewalk will be closed for up to three weeks and 12 on-street parking spaces will be unavailable.

The next project deals with the reconstruction of the sidewalk on the southerly side of High Street, from Eastern Avenue to the Route 1 overpass.  This area will be closed for up to two weeks and 10 on-street parking spaces will be unavailable.

The contractors will also be adding more trees, along with tree frames for the sidewalks. However, the sidewalk will remain open for pedestrians while this project is being done.
