Teachers will be compensated $10 for participating in the survey. You will
have the option of receiving an Amazon.com gift card or, alternatively, you
have the option of donating your compensation to the One Fund, a relief
organization that is working to assist the victims most seriously impacted by
the Boston Marathon attack.
