The Dedham Exchange is a non-profit gift shop that has been helping the community through its sales since 1914. Located in Dedham Square, the shop offers a wide variety of items from local artist and close to 200 consignors. And what's surprising to many is that the employees who work there are all volunteers. The shop has a volunteer board of thirty people and two staff people who usually work part-time. Jinna Parker has been volunteering at the shop for the last 18 years. "What I love about this shop is that we give all of our profits back to the Dedham community," she said. Through the challenges of marketing and building a client base to the physical demands of the business, Dedham native Roberta Hill, the owner of Roberta's Therapeutic Massage, 94 Washington Street, Weymouth Landing, has thrived. With an increasingly flooded market, Hill, has continued to grow her business for the past 16 years. While she started providing massages at senior breakfasts and golf tournaments and even handing out pamphlets at grocery stores, she now does little marketing and doesn't even have a website. The market will take place on the green in front of The First Church of Dedham. The Dedham Square Circle currently manages the market say that space is limited. The are currently only considering applications from vendors who sell edibles that aren't already represented at the market.

Best Buy and Nintendo are teaming up to let gaming fans in the area be the first to play the new Wii U games.
On Wednesday, June 11, the big E3 gaming event will unveil the new Wii U games. Now Dedham residents will get the chance to play these games as soon as their unveiled at Best Buy, 700 Providence Hwy. in Dedham. Best Buy and Nintendo are teaming up to allow gaming fans to try the new Wii U games from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. There will be another demo event on Saturday, June 15.
Dunkin' Donuts launches its Glazed Donut Sandwich across the country Friday.
Dunkin’ Donuts will unveil the Glazed Donut Sandwich on its menu Friday, which also happens to be National Donut Day. The Canton-based company said the new sandwich, which includes a fried egg and bacon sandwiched between a glazed donut, has been tested in some Northeast locations.
