This week we turn to 510 Providence Highway. Nuzzled between Sleepy's and a Verizon store (and another empty storefront at 516 Providence Highway), the spot was once occupied by Finagle-a-Bagel. The location is big enough to play host to a national retailer to another restaurant, but its mostly open floor plan could work well for something like a yoga studio.
What could Dedham use in that spot? Is there a retail business you want to see move in? An urgent care? Or another eatery?

It's a lousy location traffic and lack of parking kill any business that goes there. It needs to be redeveloped for any business to have a legitimate chance of anything.

Construct your buildings on the shoebox float. If you are building Lincoln's log cabin, you can construct it out of Lincoln logs or thick twigs that you cut to length with scissors. If you are building a volcano, make it our of plaster of paris or newspaper or whatever material you desire. Use houses and buildings from train sets to create a village. Thanks.
