I had not heard of the earth quake and was home alone. My house made noises but sounded more like footsteps upstairs and it was a little disconcerting. Coincidentally my dog reacted to the noises by barking and I was on Facebook with friends in the Maine/NH area who reported it at the exact same time my noises were heard. Coincidence, perhaps...who knows?

Felt in Springfield, VT and Mt Holly, VT at 7:15 or so. I was on the phone and my bed started shaking. I thought my daughter was having a seizure. Then I posted on Facebook and seen 5 other friends within a 40 mile radius of me posting about it. Not coincidence here. We definitely all felt it and it is funny, because we all made almost the exact same post.

Definitely not overreacting, though thankfully it wasn't a big deal. I'm about a half hour away from the epicenter and I really thought a truck hit the building I live in. It was more than just a little shutter...it was a bang that made everything in the house rattle!

Yes on East Monroe. Was doing work on my computer and the room shook twice in a row. I had no idea what it was. Started to check the house. Then I got a call from my husband while he was at work asking did I feel the earthquake. He did at work in Waltham. He told me about the earthquake in ME and that it also had rattled parts of MA.

Felt it in Attleboro Mass - SE Mass. Actually heard it more than felt it. Thought it was the wind or that something heavy had fallen in the garage, basement, or attic. Found nothing and considered if it was an earthquake. Talked myself out of it.
