1. The day kicks off with the Neponset Valley Sunrise Rotary Club that meets at the Holiday Inn on 55 Ariadne Road at 7:30 a.m.
2. Whole Foods will be hosting another round of their Stories and Snacks. Drop by their Legacy Place store at 9:30 a.m. to taste and hear the stories behind their organic products.
3. For those experiencing specific back problems, there will be a Free Lumbar and Cervical Stenosis Seminar at 6:30 p.m. at the Hilton at Dedham Place on 25 Allied Drive.
4. For music lovers, there will be the first of the Endicott Summer Concerts. This round will feature Josh and the Jamtones. Kicks off at 7 p.m. at Endicott Estate on 656 East St.
5. Lastly, a free exercise program for the kids will be taking place tonight at the Dedham Community House. Open Gym for Middle Schoolers is at 6:30 p.m. followed by Open Gym for High Schoolers at 8:15 p.m.
