Dog Park Advocates Push for Big Money
Supporters are drumming up support to win a $100,000 grant.
The temporary dog park is located on Common Street and is now open to the public.

Supporters for the Dedham Dog Park are pushing to win a $100,000 grant through an online contest.
Residents can vote through the contest's website and on Facebook. The runner-up will receive $25,000.
Winners will be based on the number of votes as a percentage of a town's or city's population.
First round of voting lasts until June 13.
The Dedham Dog Park currently is open at the Dolan Center, however, advocates are eyeing a move to the Striar Property as a permanent location.
