Dedham Police Logs: Rollover on Route 128, House Fire

Monday, July 23
Tractor-Trailer Rollover on Route 128 (1:05 p.m.) - Massachusetts State Police responded to a tractor-trailer rollover on Route 128 southbound near East St. No injuries reported, police closed down two lanes of traffic while the accident was cleared.
Teen Mischief on Grant Ave. (6:03 p.m.) - Caller on Grant Ave. reported three teen males on the railroad tracks throwing rocks and yelling. When officers responded, no youths were found.
Dedham PD Assists With Fire on Fairfield St. (6:40 p.m.) - Dedham Police and Firefighters responded to a working fire in a home on Fairfield St. Damage to the home estimated at $50,000, most likely caused by disposed smoking materials.
BOLO for Suspects in Attempted Abduction (9:33 p.m.) - Police received a "Be On the Lookout" from Westwood Police for a white Ford Explorer with Georgia registration driven by two white males, teens to early 20's, wanted in connection with the attempted abduction of a 12-year-old female.
