In response to Ms Kelly Glista's article in today's PATCH, we would just like to clarify that the only incident that occured at Legacy Place was that of a car getting "egged" in the garage. This was an isolated incident whereas the victim new the offender and was confirmed by the mother of the victim. All other mentions in this Police log article are unrelated to Legacy Place and occured at other locations in Dedham.
