5 Things to Do This Weekend: Town Election Edition
There are plenty of things happening in Dedham this weekend - but the most important is to VOTE!

Why go: There are a few contested races and all Town Meeting seats are up for grabs - so have your voice heard and cast a ballot this Saturday.

Where/When: Knights of Columbus on Friday at 7 p.m.
Why go: All middle school students are invited to this fundraiser for the Dedham Food Pantry. Come enjoy a night of entertainment and dancing with a guest disc jockey.
Price: $10, or $5 with a canned good - Wicked Fun Fundraiser II
Where/When: The Village Manor on Friday at 8 p.m.
Why go: Help raise money for the 2012 Best Buddies Challenge in this second annual event. There will be live music, raffle prizes and a ton of fun.
Price: Donations encouraged - Fantasticks
Where/When: The Fiddlehead Theatre with shows running througn the weekend
Why go: Catch a very rare performance of one of the most successful and longest running Broadway musical right in your backyard. This show features the classic elements of a great show - and one that you don't want to miss.
Price: $25 - Cheese Fest
Where/When: Whole Foods Market on Friday at 5 p.m.
Why go: Sample local cheeses and perhaps find something new to bring home and try with a bottle of great wine.
