Public Notice on Liquor Licenses

  • September 13, 2012

The Massachusetts Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission (ABCC) suggest that police departments planning on conducting compliance checks post a public notice with the local media.

The Dedham Police, as an agent of the Dedham Board
of Selectman, the local licensing board is announcing that they will be conducting compliance checks within the upcoming months and throughout the holiday season.

The purpose of these compliance checks is to ensure that liquor license holders within the town of Dedham are complying with regulations put forth by the ABCC and the Town of Dedham Rules and Regulations.

The Dedham Police Department may conduct underage stings as part of these compliance checks.
